• Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it takes us 1–3 working days to process it. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within one working day, but orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take slightly longer.
• Delivery Time: After your order has been processed and your bag is crafted, it will be dispatched. Delivery typically takes an average of 8–12 working days.
