At our store, all our bags are made to order. This means that as soon as you place an order, we begin crafting your bag specifically for you. This thoughtful approach allows us to avoid mass production and reduce environmental pollution, contributing to a healthier planet.
- Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it takes us 1–3 working days to process it. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within one working day, but orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take slightly longer.
- Delivery Time: After your order has been processed and your bag is crafted, it will be dispatched. Delivery typically takes an average of 8–12 working days.
